1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and INTELLINET GROUP LIMITED, First Floor, Swan Buildings, Swan Street, Manchester, England, M4 5JW, United Kingdom. By using https://protectdatashield.online or Word Connect Daily (com.word.connectdaily), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.

2. The website

The site describes the company desk and the published title. You may read it and send mail. You may not attack the host, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or pretend to be the company.

3. Word Connect Daily

Word Connect Daily is a personal entertainment word puzzle. You swipe letters on a stamp ring to fill crossword-style targets. Bonus words go to a bag. Daily seeds and local streaks are optional. The current version works after install without an account.

3.1 License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the title for your own use. We keep ownership of the software, letter art, word lists, and wording.

3.2 Virtual counters

Coins, stars, and boosters are local counters. They have no cash value, are not redeemable, and are not a wager or a lottery. This version does not sell them for real money. Clearing storage or uninstalling can remove them. We do not owe a cash refund for a local counter.

3.3 Acceptable play

Do not cheat in a way that attacks other people, do not reverse-engineer the title to harm the service, and do not use it to break the law. The title does not offer player-to-player chat.

3.4 Progress

Progress is stored on the device. We do not warrant that a local file will survive a system wipe, a failed write, or an uninstall. An incomplete run is not stored as a clear.

4. No professional advice

Word-sense cards are play text. Website notes about privacy are descriptions of this company and this title. They are not legal advice for your own product and not a security audit of a third-party system.

5. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND THE APP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant unbroken uptime or that every English word you can form will be accepted as a target.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INTELLINET GROUP LIMITED IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST LOCAL PROGRESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ABOUT THE SITE OR THE APP IS LIMITED TO TEN POUNDS STERLING (£10), EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW FORBIDS A LIMIT.

7. Indemnity

You will defend and hold INTELLINET GROUP LIMITED harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the site or the app or from your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

8. Stores and third parties

If you download the title from Google Play or another store, that store’s terms also apply to the download. Those stores are not our partners in a branded sense. We do not claim an official partner badge we do not hold.

9. Children

The title is not directed to children under 13. See Age & audience.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive venue, except where a law gives you a right to another forum. The parties will try to settle a dispute by mail for thirty days before filing, unless an urgent court order is needed.

11. Changes and contact
